Main features of the project
Location based store selection.
The system previously had user’s pincode to identify the hub. This was changed to location fetching and identifying the Hub using Google Places API. This made it easier to pin point the customer location making it a seamless experience for the customer and easier for the delivery executives.

SAP Integration
All stock and order details was synced from the SAP backend. The Magento system was integrated to SAP to fetch these details in real time.

Delivery optimisation
The orders was synced to a delivery executive app, and the listing was to be sorted in such a way that the route to complete the delivery was the optimum route.
