Kiosk app and SMS system

The feedback was collected in two ways. Using a Kiosk app kept at different sections of the store, collecting the user feedback about that particular section. The SMS based system do not have a login, it could be sent to the customers as a link. The customers could give their feedback on clicking the link.

Admin panel

The backend admin panel had detailed analytical views. The response across multiple stores could be compared and month, day or week wise excel reports could be viewed. Access control had been implemented and the login for super admin and store moderators were provided.

Multiple filters could be applied to the collected data. Store wise report, date wise report, response wise report etc is available for export from the backend admin panel.
