EYOGI

Online counselling sessions are done by trained experts. Users can purchase credits and schedule the call on the platform.

Project Idea

Users can prepay to buy a coupon code or credits which can be used to schedule an appointment. System will connect to the scheduled counsellor via phone.

Target audience

This platform was aimed at people who were seeking advice about career issues, mental health, rehabilitation, marriage and family problems etc. Individuals or institutions can avail service from Eyogi.

Project Challenges

The client wanted to provide an anonymous option to users. The users need not register in the system but needed to be able to make payment and schedule a session. A coupon system was implemented for this.
The data of registration and schedule needed to be synced with a third party CRM system.

Goal

Mobile responsive website and an intuitive admin panel were developed.
Successful integration with third party CRM and call scheduling system.
Multiple counsellors along with their experience, consultation fee per hour, area of expertise etc. were listed to choose from.

Development process

Registered and anonymous users

The page layout creation is the task of a designer. Based on the wireframes each page was designed with dummy text and images. On completing each page, the layout was shared with the client for approval. The feedbacks were incorporated in the subsequent iterations.

Manage counsellor availability

The booking on a selected time and date was to be managed based on the availability of the counsellor. A successful appointment would be made by checking the time of convenience for both the user and the counsellor.

Manage credits and coupon system

A payment gateway integration was done to let users purchase credits or coupon. Both these systems could be used to schedule an appointment.
